Tech4Biz Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner with 3–8 years of experience to support our growing team. This role requires a proactive professional who can align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to department heads and senior leaders
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
  • Lead and execute performance management cycles, promotions, and career development initiatives
  • Resolve employee issues with discretion and a solution-oriented approach
  • Design and drive employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Contribute to compensation benchmarking and workforce planning
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed recommendations
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with organizational goals and legal standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
  • 3–8 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within a tech, startup, or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with performance management frameworks, competency mapping, and training & development programs
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance practices
  • Experience in managing change and scaling HR practices in growing organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting employee relations
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Exposure to organizational design, HR business analytics, and workforce digitization is a plus
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is desirable
